- Adding automation to a home that is already built and lived in, usually with smart switches and modules that fit behind existing switch plates, so little or no wall breaking is needed.
- Smart switch
- A wall switch that can be operated by hand, from an app, by voice or by a schedule. Bellavita smart switches are designed for standard Indian modular plates.
- Occupancy sensor
- A sensor that detects whether a room is in use and switches lights or air conditioning on or off automatically, which reduces wasted electricity.
