Job description

The successful candidates will conduct the installation and programming of Home Automation systems. You will be expected to manage on-site installers and program and test systems. You will receive ongoing training and work with a highly professional and close knit engineering team.

The ideal candidate should have:

Should have 1+ years of experience in installation and programming in the automation space.Candidates can be 12th/Diploma/degree in an engineering or programming related subject.The ability to Program Home automation system.An aptitude to learn quickly and utilize new knowledge on client sites.Some management ability to delegate tasks to installers and sub-contractors on site.

Desired Candidate Profile
Good technical knowledge encompassing automation & low current systems is essential.Previous experience with Home automation, Lighting controls, Audio visual Equipment etc.You must be able to use programming software and be PC literate.Part of the role will involve dealing with clients, telephone support, quality control, training & on site supervision.

Job Responsibilities:

Meeting with the Architectures, and Interior Designers in order to pitch the sales and maintain a good working relationship with them.Initiate, manage and close sales with clients on a daily basis · Conduct regular meets with architecture, interior designers, dealers, and distributors to drive sales.Identify new products/services that match the competencies of the firm and can be developed in the market · Manage dealer and retailer expectations and maintain a beneficial and successful relationship with them.Represent the company in exhibitions and promotional activities conducted. · Sales Management Revenue generation & achieving Business growth. · Client Relationship with the existing clients to generate repeat business. · Should have the ability to present Home Automation products from RPI, Crestron to Architects, Real Estate Developers, and Direct Customers.
